So who am I, anyway?
Hi, I'm Chelsea, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and yoga practitioner. Years ago, in my early 20's, I started having back pain. After seeing many physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists, they all had the same message for me. "You have what appears to be a normal, healthy spine...You just need to be more fit...just move more", they said.
So I tried to be more fit with Pilates and running.
This very quickly led to me having actual injuries.
I did too much too quickly.


Sick of appointments, and medications, I tried a different approach with yoga. Once I was addressing my posture throughout the day and gently stretching and strengthening my body, my pain disappeared. It did not happen by force, but with a loving, gentle, approach.
I have created this program to show you all of the best yoga poses and postural advice to help you gently and lovingly get a better back.
